Dexcom and Oura have a pre-existing partnership, officially launching an integration with the Dexcom Stelo sensor earlier this year. Stelo, the company’s FDA-cleared over-the-counter (OTC) glucose biosensor, now gives users 24/7 glucose insights via the Oura app. Oura’s new in-app metabolic health feature, Glucose, now gives Oura members a deeper understanding of how dietary choices impact health.

Through the partnership, Carrot plans for its members to gain access to integrated Oura Ring data that tracks activity, sleep, stress, cardiovascular and women’s health biometrics, plus glucose data through a first-of-its-kind integration with Stelo. These metrics can help users better navigate their journeys across fertility and trying to conceive. The partnership strengthen’s Carrot’s clinically-backed metabolic-fertility program, which helps members overcome fertility obstacles caused by obesity, blood sugar dysregulation, sperm damage, and other common markers of metabolic disorder.
Carrot said its clinical treams, trained on Oura and Dexcom Stelo data interpretation, can translate wearable technology into actionable insights. These insights can drive personalized care planning and ongoing progress assessements. Integrating biometric data into the care journey can create optimal health outcomes.
Sprints participants can access Oura Ring and Stelo devices starting this month. Carrot, Oura and Dexcom expect data integrations in early 2026.
