Dexcom promotes Jereme Sylvain to CFO

DexcomDexcom (NASDAQ: DXCM) announced today that it has promoted Jereme Sylvain to become a new EVP and CFO at the continuous glucose monitoring company.

Sylvain — who joined Dexcom in 2018 and was most recently SVP of finance and chief accounting officer — will report to COO Quentin Blackford.

Previously, Blackford had been serving as both COO and CFO of the San Diego–based company.

“Since joining Dexcom, Jereme has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to help the company drive efficient scale and processes while also strengthening the finance team,” CEO Kevin Sayer said in a news release.

“Jereme’s expanded leadership will enable Quentin to continue to execute on our goals to scale the business. With the recent establishment of Dexcom Ventures, Quentin will also now assume responsibility for our strategy and corporate development functions in addition to his existing COO responsibilities.”
