FriskAi announced today that it entered into an agreement with Dexcom to integrate data into its AI-powered healthcare platform.

The deal enables the integration of G7 and G6 continuous glucose monitor (CGM) data into the FriskAI platform. Arlington, Virginia-based FriskAi designed its platform to support physicians and patients with actionable personalized care management programs.

FriskAI’s physician-directed health and wellness platform supports diabetes management, along with other chronic diseases. It aims to help providers take an evidence-based approach to preventive care. The EHR-agnostic platform leverages AI and mobile technology to generate personalized health insights and recommendations.

Dexcom CGM delivers continuous glucose levels wirelessly to a smart device or receiver in real-time. They now securely integrate with the FriskAI mobile app, with data continuously monitored by sophisticated AI-powered algorithms. These algorithms alert the patient with recommended actions and generate actionable reports for clinicians to use at the point of care.

“Impacting more than 38 million Americans, diabetes has emerged as a major public health problem, and its effective management has become a foundational element of preventive medicine,” says Shaji Nair, CEO of FriskaAi. “Dexcom’s pioneering CGMs are vital tools not only for diabetes management but also for informing broader care decisions. FriskaAi is excited about the potential this integration with Dexcom presents to the physicians relying on our platform for chronic disease management and the patients seeking greater control over their health and wellness.”
