Glooko launches next-gen diabetes web analytics platform

June 11, 2018 By Fink Densford

Glooko

Glooko said today it launched a new version of its web application, including updates to its navigation and diabetes analytics, charts and graphing capabilities.

The Mountain View, Calif.-based company said the update was the result of over a year of research and development exploring “the most insightful analytics features” within its platforms.

The application now includes new reports that factor in the impact of exercise, carbs and medication on glucose levels, simplified charts and graphs, enhanced insulin pump reports and bolus tracking features and statistics and updates to improve report reviewing and sharing.

“We are truly excited to supply PWDs and clinicians with the most comprehensive set of reports and analytics on diabetes data available today. We listened to our customers’ feedback and added new features that will allow users to further separate the data that really matters from background noise. Patients and clinicians can now efficiently gain actionable insights from their data better than ever before,” product management director Sam Wyndbrant said in a press release.

The new version is being rolled out immediatley in the US and Canada, and is expected to launch in Europe later this year.

In April, Glooko and Valeritas (NSDQ:VLRX) announced plans to integrate Glooko’s diabetes management platform with Valeritas’ next-gen V-Go insulin delivery system.
