Integrity Applications (Nasdaq:IGAP) announced today that it completed the change of its corporate name to GlucoTrack.
Rutherford, New Jersey-based GlucoTrack confirmed the change of its ticker symbol on the Nasdaq capital market to “GCTK,” which was made effective at the commencement of trading today, March 14, 2022.
GlucoTrack develops the GlucoTrack non-invasive device and digital health platform designed to measure glucose levels in people with type 2 diabetes and prediabetes. The company is headquartered in the U.S. with a research and development site in Or Yehuda, Israel.
The corporate name change and ticker symbol change do not affect the rights of the company’s stockholders nor the number of outstanding shares of GlucoTrack’s common stock, according to a news release.
