LifeScan announced today that it launched its OneTouch solutions offering wellness programs to help people manage their diabetes.
Malvern, Pennsylvania-based LifeScan made its OneTouch solutions available to consumers in the U.S. now and plans to soon offer it to healthcare providers, payors and employers as a reimbursed adjudicated option in early 2022.
OneTouch solutions connects its monitoring tools with proven digital health solutions, including its own OneTouch Reveal app that helps people with diabetes track and trend blood sugar devices from wireless devices, according to a news release.
In addition to OneTouch reveal, the solutions package connects with Noom, Fitbit, Cecelia Health and Welldoc, providing tools for healthier habits alongside diabetes management. OneTouch solutions subscription programs can be personalized to meet individual health and wellness needs and goals, LifeScan said.
LifeScan President & CEO Val Asbury called the platform “one convenient portal” designed to offer people access to a customized and personalized experience, with collaborations with other industry leaders helping to power the new health solution.
LifeScan Global SVP & Chief Marketing Officer Lisa Rose said in the release that the launch is the first step toward the company’s ultimate goal: creating a holistic digital wellness exchange that learns from consumers and grows with them to deliver personalized and actionable insights that fit into their everyday lives.
